Audra received her Masters of Social Work degree from University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee, and continues to become educated on the most up-to-date therapeutic interventions. She is well versed in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and has specialized training and teaching in Cultural Consciousness, Trauma-Informed Care, and Intuitive Awareness. Audra supports and is an advocate for LGBTQIA+ community, as well as diversity training educator. Audra is a trained Reiki Master Teacher and Quantum Touch Practitioner.
